With over 20 years of experience working with magazines and publishers worldwide, I have developed a passion for capturing the true essence of real food. I had the privilege of working alongside acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Jean-Andre Charial and his team of talented chefs of Oustau de Baumaniere in Provence, France for my book Lunch in Provence which taught me a true respect for chefs and their artistic abilities to produce exquisite masterpieces which in turn need to be captured to showcase their beauty.
